Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and installations during night shift hours
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and sewer systems
- Collaborate with dispatch to prioritize service calls and emergencies
- Complete detailed job reports and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service during night-time interactions
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
