Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve issues with water heaters, sewage systems, and gas lines
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports for commercial accounts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and labor hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes while on-site
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with plumbing technologies and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Physical stamina to handle emergency calls and manual labor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
