Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Maintain detailed service logs and customer communication records
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night shift hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, drains, and pipe systems
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
