Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install new plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances according to blueprints and local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and provide transparent estimates.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local LA building codes and plumbing standards.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
