Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during night shifts (leaks, clogs, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer communication logs
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee and/or Georgia plumbing license (or reciprocal)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Available for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
