Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe damage using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during night shifts (5 PM - 5 AM)
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for system layouts
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with property managers and clients for service scheduling
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Master Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
