Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently, often under time constraints typical of night operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical needs clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
