Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for system handovers and project continuity
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician license required
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
