Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support experienced plumbers on various residential and commercial repair projects.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, and replacing faucets under supervision.
- Tool Management: Keep all tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Site Clean-up: Ensure job sites are left tidy and safe after every shift.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
- Inventory Assistance: Help track and restock common plumbing parts and supplies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We value attitude over experience. A strong willingness to learn is the only requirement.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of good attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with the team and customers.
