Responsibilities
- Assist Journeymen: Support senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience in conduit bending, wiring, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting under strict supervision.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally to explain project status and answer basic questions.
- Material Management: Help organize and track electrical materials and tools to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we are looking for attitude and aptitude!
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills for measurements and a willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
