Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems and fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress.
- Help transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights (with provided safety gear).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and follow safety protocols.
- Basic math skills are preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
