Job Description
Welcome to Boston Plumbing Pros, where we believe in building careers, not just fixing pipes. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbers. Even if you have zero prior experience, we want to hear from you! We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship from our master plumbers.
At Boston Plumbing Pros, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service to our community. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are ready to learn the trade and grow with us. Whether you are looking for your first job or a career change, this is your opportunity to step into a stable, hands-on profession with excellent earning potential.

- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring all tools are returned and the job site is left in order after each shift.
- Reading Plans: Begin learning to interpret basic plumbing blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
- Waste Management: Assist in the proper disposal of waste materials and chemicals in compliance with environmental regulations.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel, and work in various environments, including crawl spaces and attics.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel to job sites.

- Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are critical to our team’s success; we operate on a tight schedule.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a genuine desire to understand how systems work.
- Tool Safety: A basic understanding of hand and power tools is helpful, but we will teach you the rest.
