Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installation and repair projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- No previous plumbing experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for travel to job sites).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and working in tight or elevated spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
