Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support experienced plumbers on residential and commercial job sites to learn installation and repair techniques.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Help with unclogging drains, fixing leaky faucets, and replacing water heaters under strict supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide friendly, professional service while on the job.
- Tool Management: Maintain, organize, and transport tools, equipment, and vehicle supplies efficiently.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and free of debris after every shift.
- Inventory Checks: Help monitor stock levels of pipes and materials for upcoming jobs.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to master plumbing skills is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
