Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Provide hands-on support with residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Tool Management: Learn to properly use, clean, and maintain a wide variety of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by laying out materials, ensuring proper safety protocols, and clearing work areas.
- Customer Interaction: Assist in communicating with clients, answering questions, and ensuring a professional service experience.
- Blueprint Reading: Develop skills in reading and interpreting plumbing blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Drain Cleaning: Assist with the operation of snake machines and hydro-jetting equipment for clog removal.
- Waste Disposal: Help with the installation and repair of waste piping and venting systems.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces or adverse weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and basic arithmetic.
