Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks like trenching, formwork, and concrete pouring
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and tools efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Report project progress and maintenance needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass pre-employment background check
