Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions precisely
- Maintain a clean, organized job site to meet safety standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform general labor duties as needed for project completion
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
