Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in equipment setup/teardown and basic maintenance
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work outdoors in Texas weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas/Fort Worth
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability for morning/evening shifts (20-30 hrs/week)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
