Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. You will support our project managers, foremen, and skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist with digging, pouring, and setting forms for concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and generators under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in general cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and bending as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
