Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using blueprints, technical drawings, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform emergency repairs, such as burst pipe repair, leak detection, and clog clearing.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize jobs and manage schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
