Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and physical stamina for manual labor
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided if needed)
