Responsibilities
- Assist in material handling, loading/unloaidng, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Perform basic demolition and debris removal
- Read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Contribute to daily progress meetings and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge and construction awareness
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
