Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light equipment (concrete mixers, power washers)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties including debris removal and waste management
- Support carpentry, masonry, and framing tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston metro area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills essential
- Availability for weekday mornings/afternoons (20-30 hrs/week)
