Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations and repairs
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Learn and apply electrical codes and blueprints
- Participate in paid apprenticeship training programs
- Install lighting fixtures, outlets, and electrical panels
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical systems
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
