Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Transport materials across sites using wheelbarrows, dollies, or carts
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 6+ hours
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Atlanta metro area
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and overtime
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
