Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment functionality
- Follow OSHA guidelines and enforce site safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and organize job site inventory
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Document daily progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with blueprint reading a plus
