Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including debris removal, excavation, and grading
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support carpenters and other trades with material handling
- Perform basic concrete work (pouring, finishing, curing)
- Participate in daily site inspections and safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to safety detail
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
