Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with trade-specific tasksMaintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standardsOperate hand/power tools safely and efficientlyRead blueprints and follow project specificationsPerform quality checks and report issues to supervisorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or trade experience preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationOSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weatherBasic knowledge of construction tools and materialsStrong attention to detail and safety protocolsAbility to pass background check and drug screening
