Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, compactors) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Perform light demolition, excavation, and debris removal
- Follow verbal/written instructions from site supervisors
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
