Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, levels, etc.)
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and safety guidelines
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in teams
