Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized and hazard-free job sites
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Report safety concerns immediately to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/early mornings as needed
