Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving construction materials

- Support carpenters and other trades with basic construction tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Louisville area
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
