Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with technical installations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and construction documents to execute project requirements
- Load/unload materials and manage inventory at job sites
- Perform concrete finishing, framing, and finishing work as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Experience with power tools and construction machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
