Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform basic concrete work, demolition, and debris removal
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Contribute to daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Complete time sheets and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 1+ months of construction experience preferred
