Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and ground leveling
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools
- Perform debris cleanup and waste management per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Maintain tool inventory and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site security procedures
- Support skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, electrical) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification (provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site assignments
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
