Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and project plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and project supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
