Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with demolition, excavation, and site preparation tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site cleanliness
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform cleanup duties and assist with project completion tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within San Antonio metro
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly (weekends included)
