Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks and material preparation
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and report issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
