Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and basic installation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as needed
- Complete daily task reports for project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of power tool operation and maintenance
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Baltimore metro area
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
