Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Perform trenching, shoring, and excavation support under supervisor guidance
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, levels) safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by debris removal and waste management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory tracking for materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts as needed
