Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with tasks like material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and light equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain job site organization and adhere to safety protocols
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing activities
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
