Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, levels) safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Support carpenters and masons with basic tasks
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment before/after shifts
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
