Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Maintain organized storage of materials and equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Support scaffolding setup and basic concrete finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Must provide own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
