Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with task-specific duties as assigned
- Adhere to project schedules and supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Participate in basic site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Teamwork and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
