- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Contribute to team safety protocols and hazard identification
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
