Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for accurate task execution
- Maintain job site safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability for morning/evening shifts (flexible scheduling)
- Pass pre-employment background check
