Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (drills, saws, levels) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (willing to train)
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
