Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, forklifts, and compactors
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and backfilling
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals on complex installations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
- Proficient in operating power tools and heavy machinery
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
