Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation and debris removal
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Mix/pour concrete and spread mortar/gravel
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support skilled trades with layout and framing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Must pass background/drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
