Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, sanders) under supervision
- Read blueprints and safety protocols to ensure compliance
- Load/un construction equipment and materials safely
- Maintain organized job sites and follow OSHA standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and reporting
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
